Dashboards and Snippets
EasyBilling.com has been designed using dashboards and snippets. The dashboards are similar to your automobiles dashboard. With a glance you can see the needed information regarding the performance of your billing and receivables. The snippets give you specialized information allowing you to perform functions right from the snippet or drill down to see detailed information.
Home page Dashboard
The home page dashboard is totally customizable allowing you to organize the snippets any way you see fit. Select the snippets you need to perform your job function and organize them in any order you like. ( view demo)
Snippets
The snippets are associates with a module such as invoice, payments, customers, and provide information generated by the module. The snippets are located on the home page of the corresponding module. The snippets can be viewed and organized on the home page dashboard. Below are a few examples of our snippets.
Aging report
The aging report snippet shows the amounts that have been billed paid and balance due by month. By clicking on a number you will drill down and see a detailed list reflecting the number on the snippet. For example if you click on the $867.90 in the 01/2008 column you will see the invoices with a balance due that total that amount.
Customer with past due invoices 30 days +
This snippet shows your customers with invoices that are past due over 30 days. You will see the name of your customer with the number of invoices and total amount overdue. By clicking the + next to the total amount the snippet will expand to sow you the invoices that equal the past due amounts. By clicking on a invoice you can view the invoice. By clicking on the customer name you access see the customer record.
Invoices to be sent
When you prepare an invoice and do not send it the invoice is in draft mode and can be edited before being sent to your customer. The invoices that are in draft mode will appear in the Invoices to be sent snippet. From this snippet you can view the invoice by clicking on the invoice number. You can send the invoice to your customer by email you can print the invoice and mark it as being sent by postal mail or you can void the invoice all right from the snippet.
Most Items sold by year or month
These snippets allow you to see what are your best selling products or services for the past 30 days or for the year to date. You will see the name of the product or service with the number of units sold in parenthesis.
Past Due Invoices 30 Days+
This snippet will list the invoices that are 30 days or more past due. By clicking on the invoice yo will go to the invoice view page.
Products with low inventory
If you choose to track inventory this snippet will show you products with low inventory. By clicking on the item name you will be taken to the purchase page for the particular item.
Quota and Usage
The quota and usage snippet shows the quota the amount of resources in your current plan. Usage shows the amount of resources you are currently using. In the right column it shows the resources you have left, if the number is in red you have reached the limit for the resource and will have to purchase more.
